Review duplicate payment reports and take corrective action as needed.  Manage Duplicate Recovery audits.  Review and sign-off on various monthly account reconciliations (sub-ledger to General ledger).  Administer Purchasing Card (PCard) program.  This includes reviewing monthly audit results as well as performing random audits.  Provide data and support to NPM Procurement team.  Publish periodic newsletter. Perform SOX review, testing, and any necessary remediation.  Interact with internal and external auditors. Respond to all audit inquiries (internal / external) including furnishing of PBC (Provided by Client) data for external auditors. Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for A/P function.  Collaborate with A/P Leadership team to revise as needed.
