Performs all CNC machine tool setups with assistance from CNC Journey Level Machinists. Performs minor editing of the CNC program and communicates changes to programmer. Initiates process improvements including fixture design, tooling upgrades and works with other support team members to follow through on implementation. Operates other manual machine tools as necessary. Performs any secondary operations as necessary to complete the process in its entirety. We make happy employees.We are currently seeking Sales Trainee Representatives in each of our 7 corrugated box plants.  Summary: We are looking for sales representatives who are self-motivated, with a focus on relationship selling who want to learn about our industry. This individual will be a team oriented professional who enjoys the challenges of outside sales, who can succeed in a fast paced environment, and who is adept at developing new business. This is a 20-24 week training program where you will be provided the tools, resources and mentorship to learn how to be a successful sales representative within the corrugated industry. As a trainee, you'll be based in one of our 7 corrugated plants, but will also travel though out the area to meet with clients and potential prospects. As you progress, you could be working from home at times. Within the training period you'll spend time learning about our products and selling our services in a particular geographical area or business sector. You'll be responsible for developing a targeted prospect list of new cliental. The 20-24 training will require you to spend several weeks at our corporate office in Longview, WA.  Responsibilities:  Learn, present and sell company products and services to current and new customers. Prepare action plans to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up. Identify and resolve client concerns. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events. Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails. Visit potential customers for new business. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and provide customers with quotations. Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on future buying trends. Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. Negotiate variations in price, delivery and specifications in partnership with your mentor/manager. Recording sales and order information in JDEdwards while communicating with customer service. Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience. Work in partnership other team members, such as engineering, marketing and packaging experts.  Qualifications: We will consider candidates with the following criteria:Sales professional with at least 2 years outside sales experience in a commissions environment (proven income of at least $50k)College graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.Proven success as measured by new business growthUnderstanding of the selling process – value added sellingA confident and determined approach.
